ENGAGEMENT
Client provides clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront,
including reference materials or assets before the work begins.Client warrants that the character design and reference material provided to us
are legally obtained and authorized for use by the Client.Client warrants that they have agreed to enter this agreement and is responsible for decisions or approval
during the process. Breaking the agreement will result in giving up Client's ownership of the received work,
and the Client will be Blacklisted.Client must inform us before starting the project if the work will be used on an account or a channel with
adult contents. We do not accept NSFW projects for child-coded characters.We reserve the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject, or other reasons.
Should the Client request to enter the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for strict confidentiality of
all work in progress and deliverables until the project is first revealed by the Client, there will be an
additional NDA fee of 10% of the total payment for the project.

REVISIONS
Limited revisions are allowed per item shown to the Client during the process.
Number of revisions depends on the type of work.
After the sketch or the approved stage of work is passed, only minor revisions are allowed.
Additional charges for excessive revisions or approved drafts revisions may be required.

Edelweiss Studio and The Artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights,
which includes but is not limited to display, advertising the Work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels and more.If the project has collaborators from outside our studio (ex. commissioning us for a model art and then commissioning another rigger) we have the rights to check the final deliverables if the work has been
modified incorrectly or not. This is to preserve our Artist's art styles and directions we were going with our work.
Client Rights
Clients receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the Work for personal and commercial uses.
Refer to the next section for commercial rights.Clients must not claim Work as their own and must credit Artist using their social tag / username / link
at the instance of display of the Work or permanently on their websites, social media profiles,
broadcast channels and so on.Clients must inform and discuss with us before reselling or transferring the work to others.
Usage of the work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools; platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms / purposes, is strictly prohibited.
